This 400 sq. ft. guesthouse (studio) on a historic property in Westwood, KS has recently been fully renovated and furnished. It has a completely equipped kitchenette, comfortable living area, along with a queen-size bed. The guesthouse also includes a washer/dryer off the kitchenette. The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. Westwood, Kansas is 2 miles from the Country Club Plaza.

This one bedroom Grain Bin converted to a tiny home in the heart of the Midwest, has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire bin to yourself, complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom. You will have to be able to climb stairs to get to the main bed, but there is a futon on the main level. The exterior faces the corral where our cattle and horse may sometimes be, and free range chickens that may roam toward you, especially if they think you have food. We may eventually add more animals!

First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface.
