House party, extreme loud conversations at night hours post 11:00PM, loud music, shouting or cheering unnecessarily and Consumption of excessive Alcohol is Strictly prohibited inside the apartment premises, if found any of these disturbance owner might take legal actions. Any kind of public nuisance will not be entertained.
