Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Cozy apartment next to Marina

Relax in the vibes of a fishing village at a spacious modern island studio apartment. Great views to the marina and short walk to village and the beach. You will not need a car as you can get your groceries, and fresh baked bread from the near village stores. Enjoy a large variety of restaurants and bars just in 2-3 minutes walk. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Απο το 2026 πλήρως ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο και κουζίνα! Το στούντιο απέχει 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία Γάγγου. Εκεί μπορείς να φτασεις και με τα πόδια κάνοντας μόλις 15 λεπτά περνώντας μέσα απο μονοπάτι στη φύση! Επίσης απεχει 25 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης αλλά μόνο 7 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. Απολαύστε την υπέροχη θέα και την ηρεμία της φύσης χωρίς να είστε πολύ μακριά από διασκέδαση, εμπορικά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια.

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

Our 85m2 cottage is a place for everyone with amazing sea view and the close by islands. You can enjoy the panoramic view and the sunset from the yard. Very quite area without neighbours, ideal for people who want to enjoy privacy and alternative vacation experience. Moreover, 5-10 minutes drive to the closest traditional fishing villages , supermarkets and many beaches. Car rental options at very affordable prices.

This cozy spot used to be my grandma’s summer home, and now it mixes traditional charm with all the modern comforts to make your stay super relaxing. Welcome to Jimmy's place - studio apartment, which we tried to make as cozy and comfortable as possible. The kitchen has all you might need, the king size bed has new hypoallergenic aloe vera mattress and pillows. Air condition is of course available free of charge.
