Η SYSILO 3 είναι μια κομψή σουίτα 35 τ.μ. για έως 3 άτομα, ιδανική για ζευγάρια ή μικρές οικογένειες. Διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι. Προσφέρει 2 ιδιωτικές αυλές. Στην πρώτη αυλή υπάρχει η ιδιωτική πισίνα φυσικού αλατιού με ένα κτιστό καναπέ ξαπλώστρες και θέα στη θάλασσα. Στη δεύτερη αυλή υπάρχει κτιστός καναπές με τραπεζαρία.. Villa Diamond was built in 2020. We have selected modern furniture and amenities that will make you feel like home with luxury. We have also a pool heating system for the colder months. An extra charge will apply. Fast WIFI ideal for a home office . The view is breath-taking, overlooking the ocean & the mountain ranges of Psiloritis. It is a 2-minute walk to the village where you'll find a bakery, restaurants, cafes, tavernas & a mini market that supplies everything.

Garden House ALPHA

The house is located quite spectacular on a small hill with 5000 sqm land. This site offers views in all directions,to the sea, mountains and valleys. The old garden with palms,cactus,oleander and olives is generously planned. The traditionally built stone house with ~ 80 sqm is completely renovated and furnished modern. The salt water pool (8x3,5 m) is heated from June onwards . You drive to the village Kamilari 5, to Kommos beach 10 and to the airport 60 minutes.

Villa Bougainvillea

Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

Sea View Stone Yard · Kalamaki Sunset II

A covered stone courtyard with a sea view, a ten-minute walk from the beach. Stone walls, a timber pergola for shade, and a table set for long lunches and slow evenings. The sea sits on the horizon across open ground. Inside, a bright one-bedroom apartment for a couple or a small family (plus a sofa bed). Kalamaki keeps its village pace: tavernas, a bakery, and a mini market are just a few minutes away. A quiet base for people who want their holiday outdoors.

Villa Mojito in Kamilari - just enjoy !

Villa Mojito was built in 2020. It has stunning views of Mount Psiloritis, the Messara valley and the sea. The house offers everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing holiday. There are several terraces and covered spaces, as well as a large sun terrace by the pool. In 2022 we added a large electrical pergola to provide extra shade. The house has excellent air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and warm in winter. We also have a pellet stove.

The Little Pearl

The little Pearl is a small, traditional, Cretan stone house that is designed for a maximum of two people. It has a terrace with a view of Psiloritis, a romantic courtyard garden where you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed, a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Everything has been designed with great attention to detail. Information about the climate tax: In the case of Little Pearl, it is 8.00 euros per night.

Ο χώρος μου βρισκεται στην ακρη των Ακουμιων,στο νοτιο Ρεθυμνο.Ειναι μια πετροχτιστη διπλοκατοικια με πανοραμικη θεα στον Κεδρο,τη κοιλαδα και τα χωρια του.Ο πανω και ο κατω χωρος επικοινωνουν με εσωτερικη σκαλα αλλα και αυτονομουνται απολυτα με το δικο τους μπανιο,κουζινα και ξεχωριστη εισοδο εχοντας προσβαση στο κηπο τη βεραντα και το παρκινγκ.

Sound of the Waves

Ανεξάρτητο Studio με πατάρι, το διπλό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται στον ισόγειο χώρο και τα δύο μονά κρεβάτια σε πατάρι, μπάνιο, κουζίνα, άνετη αυλή μπροστά στη θάλασσα και στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται δίπλα στην ταβέρνα Αύρα και είναι πολύ εύκολο να το εντοπίσετε. Πλεονέκτημα του σπιτιού, βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα.
