Seaside Apartment 1 is located in a prime location, just a three-minute walk from Emporios beach, with a sea view from the balcony. Situated on the first floor, it features a beautiful loft with a large double bed, air conditioning, and storage spaces. In the open-plan area, there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate a third person. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is modern and comfortable. The apartment also includes a television and a backyard with a mountain view.

Helios Apartment

This apartment is perfect for 2 to 4 people. It features a double ensuite bedroom and a spacious sofabed. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a large balcony with an exquisite view, making it ideal for a cheerful breakfast or a relaxing evening aperitivo while watching the sunset. The decor is Bohemian-inspired, with handmade pillows and colorful ethnic elements meticulously selected, and art commissioned specifically for our Helios living experience.

Rinio Studios is a family-run accommodation offering traditional-style studios in Sykia, just a few steps from Masouri Beach and close to Myrties, where you’ll find restaurants, bars, and mini markets. Enjoy a peaceful stay with lovely sea and mountain views, a kitchenette for light meals, and reliable Wi-Fi, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. We are located near the most known tourist area in Kalymnos, Masouri. The distance between the studios, Massouri central Square and the beach is only 200 m. Each studio is equipped with electric cooker, cutlery, a fridge, a toilet, large verandahs and a panoramic view of the island of Telendos. There is also a water-tank that supplies all studios with fresh rainwater, hot throughout the day.

The building has its roots back in 1928 and was fully renovated 2022. It can host up to 4 persons and is only steps away from the alive city of Pothia.
