Guests can enjoy comfortable temperatures at this higher elevation thanks to the cool mountain breeze. With its convenient location, both the airport and the town are within a 10 to 15-minute drive. Great place to escape and enjoy the Big Island!

The ADULTS-ONLY space has an open floorplan, with high ceilings and lots of room. Luxury memory foam King bed, two front lanais, nice Weber grill, big Samsung TV with cable, Wifi, shared washer and dryer, and a great kitchen with all the amenities. Also: beach towels, chairs, cooler, & umbrella! This Private space is the largest unit of the home.

It has a kitchen, queen bed, 55” smart tv, private lanai with a panoramic view of the Kona coast and a shared bbq. The Loft sits above the carport on the 2nd floor.

The Ohana is a private suite, while it is connected to the main house it has its own private entrance with no shared interior common space. This provides you with complete privacy. We are located just about 10 minutes from the town of Kona and the airport. The Ohana features a kitchenette/dining area, a separate living room, two separate bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a lanai with ocean views.

We’re conveniently located about 5 minutes from the airport and 10–15 minutes from popular beaches and downtown shopping. This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a simple kitchenette (please note there is no oven or stove). We’re on a busy street, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
