The Boat House will provide you with a great holiday location designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Features of this amazing property include open plan living with large entertaining deck with barbecue & fire pit, easy walking distance to the town centre. All linen is supplied at no extra cost. Kayaks with lifejackets available

This a very unique property . The studio is in the grounds of one of the first houses in Sanctuary Point, built in the early 1950's. THERE ARE NO SHARED SPACES. THERE'S THREE SEPERATE BUILDINGS . STUDIO, BATHROOM/WC/LAUNDRY and OUTDOOR KITCHEN. You'll have the exclusive use of "'The Studio", bathroom/laundry facilities (20 steps from The Studio). Outdoor cooking facilities include , Cooktop, HW, sink, BBQ and fridge. The bathroom/toilet is in a separate building 20 steps across the lawn.

Access to St Georges Basin and the sea entrance is all from the street access private boat ramp or choose to swim off your private jetty. Enjoy a beverage sitting at the bar table overlooking the water. The house has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, family, dining upstairs. Downstairs has a large third private bedroom, a laundry/toilet/second shower, & rumpus room equipped with a TV/DVD & arcade machine.

Family friendly home 5 mins walk to Palm Beach & playground. This 2 story home has a retired couple living upstairs. Private downstairs has one bedroom of 4 single beds & cot & one queen bed in the main bedroom. Perfect for families & friends. Kitchenette, big backyard, beautiful water views and plenty of games and toys to keep the kids busy. It’s a wonderful house on the water ready to provide you an easy stay! Sorry absolutely no pets. Beach towels are not provided.

The space stretch out and relax in style in this newly renovated beautiful coastal 2 story home. The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps upto 12 guests Modern kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials a airfryer and slow cooker perfect for a simpy meal.
