The Treehouse

Welcome to the Treehouse. This is our home away from home—and hopefully yours too. We love coming to the treehouse just off clear Rock Lake. The Treehouse is a getaway, although there are neighbors, you feel as if you are nestled in a grove of trees. The house itself provides places where guests can linger, relax, sip a glass of wine or a cup of java or simply just be. One of my favorite features is the glass windows that wrap up around the ceiling so that it feels like the outside is coming in.

Quiet Country Oasis

This property is located in the country, between Fort Atkinson & Cambridge. The apartment, in the lower level of our home, offers 1,300 sq. ft., 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchen, WiFi, W&D, Netflix, private patio, a separate entrance, and free parking. Enjoy lounging on the large sectional, or relaxing on the patio, surrounded by nature. The apartment offers the tranquility of country living with an easy 30 minute drive to the activities, adventures, and excitement that Madison has to offer.

The Overlook on Lake Koshkonong - Custom Log Cabin

Custom Log cabin on Lake Koshkonong. Great yard for campfires & lawn games; over-sized deck to enjoy sunsets and breathtaking lake views. Lake access at public boat launch just down the road for swimming, fishing, or kayaking. Full bath with large suite featuring a king size bed & two single beds can accommodate up to 5 guests. Full bath with stand up shower in lower level and washer/dryer on site also. Kayak rentals available at the cabin. Lawn games, poker table, board games & more available!

Rock River Retreat

Bring your family to make memories enjoying a movie while sitting by the fireplace. Enjoy fishing during the day and a beautiful Rock River View. During winter you are right near the Jefferson County Snowmobile trails: and during the spring these trails are used for ATVs. There are several bike trails in town as well. If you are looking for things to do try the Octagon House or the local antique stores, outlet malls When you are ready to dine, Wisconsin is known for it's many supper clubs.

YurtCation

YurtCation is a relaxing getaway with lake frontage and nature trails. There is another yurt about 300ft up the same driveway. There are a total of two yurts and two homes that have access to the same 17 acre lake. Each yurt is off the grid and has their own queen-sized comfy bed, wood stove, Weber grill w/charcoal, fire pit, firewood, fresh water, canoe, and clean Porto Potty. Pet Policy: Max two - Must be in your sight and supervised at all times or $500 fine and check out immediately.

Winter Wonderland Getaway

Welcome to the historic Bingham House! Enjoy everything beautiful Lake Koshkonong has to offer at this stylishly updated home. Amazing lake views throughout the inside and on the large patio. Situated on a calm canal with direct access to the lake. Expansive backyard with 150’ of canal shoreline and large hot tub. Enjoy winter with snowshoes and sleds available for your use. Prep a meal in our beautifully remodeled kitchen, on our large gas grill or by the shore on our fire pit.

Glamping Cabin on Cold SpringTree Farm

Unfortunately we can't accommodate same day bookings as we don't have enough lead time to prep the cabin for your stay. Glamping on a working Christmas tree farm. Beautiful single room stone cabin with loft and wood burning stove. Two small beds in loft and futon on main floor folds out into full bed. Lots of room around to pitch tents as well. Situated on 40 acres of land with a pond, barn with basketball court, creek and Christmas tree fields.

The Riverview Retreat, unique spacious upper.

Enjoy the upper level of this charming home nestled at the banks of the Rock River. Newly remodeled spacious 2 bedroom suite with eat in kitchen and separate living room. Private porch and balcony outside the laundry room. Clawfoot tub in the bathroom with a shower attachment. This suite offers plenty of natural light with views overlooking the river. Within walking distance to downtown and everything Fort Atkinson has to offer.

Relax and unwind in this spacious 3-story lakehouse on beautiful Lake Koshkonong. Enjoy spectacular sunset views over the lake from the large deck off of the main level, the screened in porch off the lower level or the fire pit oasis by the 70 feet of shoreline. Cast a line from the private pier or bring your boat and enjoy all the lake has to offer. Short drive to Madison, Janesville or Beloit.

This charming shabby chic loft sits in the heart of the country between Madison and Milwaukee. The Lighthouse Farm is also a wedding/event venue (please inquire for more details) .
