The property covers 35m2 and can accommodate the following number of people: 2+1. In the apartment there is one bedroom, one living room where one person can sleep on sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with private part of the garden equiped with grill and garden furniture. Kitchen is equiped with table and chairs for every person; kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, electric cooker, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine. Detached house, air conditioning, air conditioning included in the price, Sat-TV, bed linen is delivered in the weekly change, towels provided (2 small towels per person per week), internet (WLAN), use free of charge, prices include the following: change of bedlinen (weekly), final clean at the end of your stay, usage of electricity, water, tax and parking. Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. It offers rustic-style rooms with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Studio has spacious bathroom, kitchen, decorated with wooden beams and stone wall elements and comes with a big terrace. Hiking and cycling trails can be found all around the Studio.A pebbly beach can be found 900 m away. A grocery store can be found 700 m away. Parking is provided.

Park Riviera Adria Blue Seaside

You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).

Mobile homes Sanmar

SANMAR is a family run small well-kept complex with pool and surrounded with mediterranean plants. It consits of 3 modernly furnished mobile homes, just a few minutes walking distance to the beach and Punat town center. The mobile homes are for 4 persons, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a possibility for 2 extra persons to sleep on the couch in the living area. There is a common swimming pool available with a sun deck where guests can relax and enjoy the summer holiday.

Very cosy and functional studio, 1/2 indoor and 1/2 outdoor with beautiful seasight. Designed by the owner (architect) in minimal style but respecting local traditions. Excellent for relax, meditation or yoga sessions. Particularly suitable as artist or writers retreat, especially in the offseason. The minimal style inside and the marvellous open view outside would facilitate to focus on your objectives (to contact the host for offseason terms, weekly and monthly pricing)

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in Pješčana Uvala in der Nähe des Waldes Soline, 4 km von der antiken Stadt Pula entfernt. In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich zwei Strände: Pješčana Uvala und /oder Uvala Soline, beide ca. 700 m entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 km befinden sich mehr als 20 Badestrände. Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.

The small house is completly renovated in june 2016. and it is located just on a perfect position, 50 m from the pebble beach. Everything is in a walking distance, the promenade 20 m, children's playground 60 m, restaurant 60 m, center 250 m, supermarket 350 m. It is in a ground floor with fenced terrace and pets friendly. It has a large comfortable bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, covered terrace, private parking.

The cozy 23 sqm large studio has a large double bed, bathroom and small but fully equipped kitchen. All this is located in one room except the bathroom. The studio located approximately 400 meters from the old town is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless internet. In the outdoor area, the studio has at its disposal 1 parking space and its own terrace.
