The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. "Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.
