This fully self contained granny flat is set on acreage. 10 minutes from Ipswich, Close to Rail. 15 minutes to Willowbank and Queensland Raceway. 30 minutes from Hiddenvale MTB. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba all around 1 hour drive. There is ample parking down the side of the property for large vehicles and trailers. Our family home is located adjacent to the granny flat. We are available whenever required. Within reason. The space is yours to enjoy along with our swimming pool.

There is one more double bedroom upstairs and a campervan for the more independently minded. Listing Quiet Double Room 1 has an ensuite full bathroom. It costs more.

She is an older cat that keeps to herself, but she is friendly. Give her time and she will warm up to you!

The house was built in 1900 but well maintained and has a big verandah and separate bathroom and kitchen.
