Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.
