Quaint little studio apartment nestled in the popular Stonehaven neighborhood, 8 mi. from uptown Charlotte. The apartment is located on the second floor above our detached garage. Parking is available for 1 car only (street parking available for a 2nd car). There is plenty of space to relax in this peaceful little getaway. This is a one bedroom (King Bed and a single pull out) one bath space with a separate game/entertainment room with a pool table. It has a small coffee/snack bar area. This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The Blessed Nest is secluded and nestled in its own private meadow, with a small pond to overlook. It is surrounded by 125 acre working farm and petting farm During your stay, you can enjoy the private porch overlooking the pond and enjoy the sights and sounds of the animals including goats, horses, cows and so much more. offer horseback riding around the property for an additional fee. We have kayaks available to those 14 and up and a small hut by the big pond containing life jackets.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

Newly constructed unique cottage includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, covered porch with dining table, grill and a firepit. Very secluded property with lots of mature trees but still close to shopping and attractions. The Cottage is located behind the main house on the right side but is completely separate from the main house. It has dedicated parking and space to relax and enjoy nature. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house.
