Located in a vibrant neighbourhood, our tastefully furnished two-bedroom apartment is an excellent choice for travellers who want to explore, while enjoying the convenience of nearby dining and shopping options. With easy access to the main bus routes and Waterloo Street train station (a 3-minute walk away), guests can easily travel and explore the city! Waterloo offer great walks along the sand dunes or alternatively why not try the local red squirrel walking trail exploring woodlands.

Gas cooker and kitchen equipped with all amenities to cook. The house has 3 floors, the upstairs master bedroom has an on suite bathroom and beautiful views onto the meadow. You can catch the sunrise from the kitchen window. The house has plenty of natural light and greenery around it.

My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

The fantastic location, only 5 minutes stroll to the town centre, offers an abundance of amenities right on your doorstep. Resting in a row of pretty whitewashed cottages this cosy home is nestled in a lovely position just far enough away from the bustling town centre. Bluebell Cottage is a perfect base to just relax or to enjoy all that Ormskirk and the surrounding area has to offer.

My apartment is contemporary, compact and very comfortable. The property is situated in Blundellsands which is quiet and leafy. Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.

Our stylish basement apartment is close to Crosby Beach in a quiet, leafy area with restaurants and cafe's within walking distance. It is a 7 minute walk to Blundellsands train station which takes you into the centre of Liverpool in under 25 minutes or Southport in 30 minutes. The spacious apartment has all the comforts & amenities of home, including a smart tv, dishwasher and washer drier.

The Annexe

This property is self contained annexe, with one double bedroom, open plan living/kitchen area and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. (Please be aware it is an electric shower with medium water pressure) Making the property suitable for up to two adults ( Not suitable for infants or children due to a large pond directly outside the property). There is ample parking for two cars.

Crosby Garden Suite

Abbie and Dave's self contained solar powered annex is situated within a short drive of Crosby Village and beach, within walking distance of local amenities. Ideal for those travelling for Business or pleasure, there is ample workspace available within the large open plan lounge. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac with large private garden with children's play area and patio.
