Enjoy Glamping in our 34’ motorhome either out & about at places like Martinez Lake/ Fishers Landing, Mittry Lake, the Sand Dunes, & other local areas or on our property for additional utility fees. Great place for river goers, dove hunters, & short term needs in & around Yuma & local recreation sites. There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom. The couch & dining table also makes into full size beds. The queen & full beds have mattress toppers. Manual jacks will be used until we fix hydraulics.

The Jaybird is only for a solo traveler or a couple. I have water hooked up on the property, but not electricity. Therefore, this is ideal if you are looking for one step above camping. However, welcome to town, this is what it’s all about!
