Ground floor studio apartment 25 m2, with kitchen and two single beds, Italian bathroom, terrace. Completely equipped and new (built in June 2013). Four stars by Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. The apartment is NOT car reachable, because the house is at seaside and cars are not allowed here. The closest place to park is City garage which is 100 stairs above the house. Apartment at great location seaside by promenade, partial sea-view and a reasonable price. Beach, restaurants, coffee bars, shops all around. City marina and Old town 3-5 minutes walk. All kind services and activities can be provided, such as transfers, shore tours, excursions, hiking, biking, speed boat trips... I want this place to be as best as possible. My place is located in Risan just 10 minutes away ( foot) from city center. Apartment is situated on the first floor of family house, suraround by Mediterans greenery. My family is living on the ground floor of house. Apartment contains 78 square m and it is comfortable even for two families. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with all equipment, table, tv, 3 air conditions and terrace. Wi fi is free and parking place of course.

It is an apartment within the private house which has a beautiful terrace with great sea view... It is 300 meters away from the sea coast, downhill. It is in the quite neighbourhood, close to the city center, restaurant and shops and local transport. Regarding the COVID-19 situation, just want to add that we do our best to take all necessary safety measures so that our guests can feel safe.

Neighbourhood is quite with a lot of nature surrounding the area. Apartment is on the top of the house (second floor) that is separated from the rest of the house with own entrance and a lot of privacy.
