Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.

Studio je idealan za parove, no može prihvatiti i par s jednim djetetom. Kuća je smještena na mirnoj lokaciji i stoga je idealna za odmor. Domaćin dočekuje i otpraćuje goste te kontinuirano stoji na usluzi. Gostima su na raspolaganju i vrtni sadržaji. Dućan, pošta, ljekarna, frizer, autobus u dosegu su 10-15 minuta hoda.

It consists of 2 spaceous bedrooms, 2 toilets, a grand kitchen with a washing machine and a dining room. The apartment posesses its own entrance and a private parking in front.
