Hawks Barn is a refurbished, self contained, two bedroom getaway, located a stones throw from Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Surrounded by stunning views and walks, the barn is just 10 minutes from Newbury and Whitchurch station to Paddington and Waterloo. Opposite the main house, with parking for 2 cars, the barn has a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a small bathroom. Downstairs is a modern sitting room with a 7-seater sofa, large TV, fully fitted kitchen, and a dining and work space.

In the picturesque village of St Mary Bourne, an area of outstanding beauty, you will find our newly converted one bedroom self-contained cottage with a king sized bed and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay within the stunning Bourne Valley. Located centrally, you are within walking distance to the village shop/cafe, two award winning pubs and the historic church. Lovely walks nearby including the famous Test Way. Relax and enjoy our beautiful cottage. Strictly no infants or animals

Masses to do- Stonehenge, Highclere Castle, Winchester, Salisbury, Stockbridge & more. Cycling & walking heaven. Heaps for kids too. A fantastic base for exploring or just staying put & destressing.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a couple exploring the beautiful Test Valley and the surrounding area and all it has to offer. It is in the centre of a vibrant village with glorious local walks and wonderful country pubs for delicious local food and drinks. Equally it makes a brilliant base for a local wedding or family party. Taxis are easily booked in advance if you don’t want to drive! The Barn is entered up outside steps so unfortunately not suitable for those with disabilities.

The Schoolhouse

Victorian schoolhouse lovingly and luxuriously restored. Quiet location at the end of a pretty no-through road. 2 bedroom suites and beautiful courtyard garden. Perfect country break or work base. Gigaclear fibre connection. Village pub, shop, and coffee shop within 5 minute stroll. Beautiful countryside including Watership Down and lots to see and do, including Highclere Castle, Bombay Saphire, Winchester and more. Owner can recommend excellent local restaurants. Parking for 2 cars.

Quirky self-contained accommodation nestled within the Bourne Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty, and a short distance from the nearby villages of St Mary Bourne and Hurstbourne Priors as well as the small market town, Whitchurch. St Mary Bourne offers two excellent pubs, a village shop and beautiful rural walks/runs along the Test Way. Close proximity to the Clock Barn wedding venue. Attractions such as Bombay Sapphire, Highclere Castle, Winchester and Salisbury are close by.

The Hayloft, a spacious and charming period barn

The Hayloft is a stunning, converted early 19th century barn with old wooden beams and period charm. It sits in the pretty village of Hurstbourne Tarrant in the heart of the Test Valley surrounded by beautiful countryside providing walks on the famous Test Way. There are some great local pubs close by. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the Bombay Sapphire Distillery are all near, as well as the quaint market towns of Stockbridge and Hungerford and the ancient cathedral city of Winchester.

Peaceful private annexe with far-reaching views

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

The hut is fully equipped, heated, and has the most comfortable bed for a wonderful nights sleep and guests can enjoy the most stunning views which can been seen through the stable doors. The Old Stables, Derrydown Farm

A spacious cottage - two bedroom, three bathroom - converted from old stables - part of a 15th century traditional Hampshire farmstead in a tranquil edge-of-village setting in the iconic Bourne Valley. Two local pubs and village shop plus historic 12th century church within a 10 minute walk along flat footpaths. One guest described St Mary Bourne as a "Miss Marple village". Anyway it's perfect for a get-away-from-it-all weekend or midweek break.

It is nestled in a lovely rural setting, with beautiful walks from the house, pubs and village amenities within walking distance.
