In addition, Lake Erie is close by with many beaches just 15 minutes of the property. Make note, the Thomas Edison birthplace museum is also located only two miles away. Located in a country setting, the retreat has a deck, fireplace, two-car garage and living quarters on the second floor. Not handicap accessible, requires steps to get in.

The Graham Station house, located in beautiful downtown Norwalk, OH was built near the beginning of the 20th century and features a second-floor living space. The 2nd floor has served as an apartment or guest house for well over one hundred years. The house is within easy walking distance of downtown Norwalk.
