This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

This is our home in beautiful Huntington, WV, situated a baseball's throw from the most beautiful park in the tristate, Ritter Park (plus dog park!), and just a 5 min walk to Cabell Hospital, Marshall's School of Pharmacy, and Marshall's Forensic Science Center. Or hop in the car for a quick trip to Marshall's football & basketball stadiums, downtown to enjoy our many great restaurants, shop at The Market, or head up to the Huntington Museum of Arts. We are within short driving distance to: Marshall University, Cabell Huntington Hospital or St. Mary's, the Huntington Mall The place is small, quaint and cozy, offers a full kitchen, comfy bed, we live close to a highway so there is some traffic and our driveway is at a incline we are in a protected area which is near the city and on a bus line. Nestled on 4 wooded acres along Pond Creek, this one of a kind cabin will certainly be a unique experience. The kitchen is stocked with supplies for preparing your own meals, but downtown Portsmouth restaurants are just 10 minutes away. Outside are patios for relaxing and woods for walking.

The Hemlock House is a newly restored 1920's era home nestled on 3 wooded acres just outside of town with no houses within 500 ft in any direction. It is conveintly located just 1.5 miles south of I-64 at exit 11. 3.5 miles from downtown Huntington. Great stop for travelers, sporting events, groups, Marshall football, soccer, track, Hospital, or events. Private and level parking for two at the house and large rv/trailer parking at the entrance. Private, safe, no neighbors, and clean.
