The cottage enjoys excellent transport links to Manchester and Stoke while remaining wonderfully secluded. Trains can be heard passing from time to time - a nostalgic reminder of the cottage’s heritage .

Although I live in a separate area at the rear of the property, your accommodation is entirely private . I am close by if needed

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.
