Villa is designed and build to fulfill needs of bigger groups or a big families who need more space for their love ones. Ville has two partitions where both partitions accommodate modern bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Villa has total of four bathrooms and one separate toilet. Outdoor has a lot of assets, some of them are children playground and a dog box. Main assets are barbecue, outdoor dinning area and a big swimming pool with sunbathing area. U blizini predivnih plaža (Jadranovo, Selce, Crikvenica, Dramalj, Kostrena) na svega 7-12 minuta vožnje. Za doći do plaža koje ostavljaju bez daha (Oprna, Zala, Baška, Mošćenička draga) treba oko 45 minuta vožnje. Zbog pozicije interesantan je lovcima i ribolovcima.

Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.
