A charming , spacious, house in the secure Gowrie Village in Nottingham Rd. Cosy in winter with a wood burner in the lounge and another in the kitchen. It overlooks a field, is peaceful and quiet and yet close to the coffee shops and eating places. A home away from home we offer comfort. (It is not a modern build, as it is one of the first houses built in Gowrie Village) Kindly note, there are 2 outdoor cats on the property that are only around for food. They won't bother guests Enjoy!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This cosy well appointed cottage is set in a beautiful well established garden. We are close to top Midlands schools, Hilton, Howick and the N3. Each bedroom has a wall mounted heater and there is a log burning fireplace in the lounge. The kitchen had a toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, air fryer and 4 place gas stove with electric oven. The property is off grid with solar power and a backup generator and borehole water.
