The cottage is 30 minutes from Penn State University in State College. 20 minutes from Lock Haven University, Lock Haven. There are many local activities. The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a coffee/tea cart in the hall with a Keurig K-cup machine, cups, spoons, forks, knives and snacks. There is also a small refrigerator and microwave oven. There is NOT a kitchen. The refrigerator will have complimentary bottled water and half & half. Please let me know if you would like something else in the fridge, like milk or heavy cream for your coffee/tea.
