This centrally located basement apartment in Happy Valley is just 2 miles from Beaver Stadium! It's not too large and not too small but just right for 4 guests. It is 3 miles from the Bryce Jordan Center, Penn State Creamery and the Waffle Shop, and a short walk to Spring Creek Park, Millbrook Marsh, and hiking/biking trails. Tussey Mountain and historic Boalsburg and Bellefonte are a short drive. This cozy spot has a private entrance with driveway parking in a residential neighborhood.

The cabin is located only 20 miles from Penn State University, making it the ideal place to stay while attending events at University Park. Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. Firewood (for the firepit) is included.

It is near the beautiful Spring Creek Park and there is a bike path leading to Penn State. We provide 2 bikes at the house. This is a wonderful, safe, quiet neighborhood that is close to stores, restaurants, parks, and much more!

Our Spring Creek Cottage is located less than 10 minutes from downtown State College and PSU campus in the historic town of Lemont. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is located beside Spring Creek and is a wonderful place to relax with a large grassy backyard and deck. Compact in size with plenty of charm. Strict NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO PARTIES, NO PETS.
