Miles from Oneonta, Albertville and State Parks. New construction completed in July 2024 to provide an AirBnB to those who love peace and pastoral settings. This dog friendly space features 1.5 acres of fenced pasture for your pet as well as a beautiful view of the pond, located on the other 37 acres of the working farm. You can walk a short distance to feed the goats, ducks and pigs in residence on the property. The cows and donkey are friendly, too, and may come to the fence to visit.

This lake view cottage is walking distance from Civitan Park, Brown's Creek launch, a Mexican restaurant and a grocery store. The driveway is accessible from the road and alley, which makes it ideal for parking up to three pick-up trucks with boat trailers. It has two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom, plus high speed WiFi. The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).
