"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. We have also added a patio with table and bench seating to better appreciate the surroundings and alpacas!

Ringles Place is a 2 double bedroom 1st floor apartment, in a Sussex style barn conversion. There is one double room, and you can choose a kingsize bed or twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Located on the northern fringes of Uckfield, it offers a fully fitted bathroom, a lounge with has a large corner sofa, a dining table and a large television. The kitchen is well equipped, the property enjoys a sleek modern feel, and has a designated off-road parking space. It's near Buxted Park Hotel and Uckfield.

Located close to the Ashdown Forest with plenty of country walks. We are a 15 minute drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells and an hour from London and the East Sussex coast. We are on hand in the main house for your convenience.

Hundred Acre Studio is a charming retreat down a private track on the Ashdown Forest. In the heart of Winnie the Pooh country, it is a perfect base for exploring the many pubs, beautiful walks, vineyards, heritage railway, and National Trust properties in the area. Close to the South Downs and the coast, as well as nearby Tunbridge Wells with its historic old town and weekly summer jazz nights. It is the ideal country getaway; private, quiet, and with everything you need for a break.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Annex at Flitterbanks Barn is a self contained private space in my 150 year old Barn conversion on the historic private estate of Maresfield Park. The Barn is situated in 5 acres of garden and fields at the end of a long rural secluded drive shared with just 3 other houses. Maresfield village and the Chequers Pub are within walking distance through Maresfield Park Estate, but a car is essential to make the most of your stay.

Our spacious 2 bedroom barn is situated in the heart of the Ashdown Forest and is a perfect base for a walking break. Seek out the locations of Pooh's adventures in AA Milne's books or explore the beautiful South Downs, a short drive away. Our barn is situated within the grounds of our family house. One well behaved dog is allowed. Please be aware we have sheep and other farm animals onsite so dogs must be kept under control at all times. EV charger available at extra cost

Bull Cottage, Sheffield Park

A beautiful, 16th century cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the village of Fletching in East Sussex. Very much a home from home, you can step into a little bit of history with its numerous period features including oak beams, wattle and daub walls and an inglenook fireplace. Cosy in winter and cool in the summer months, it is a great place to unwind and get away from it all, whilst also being on the doorstep of many local walks, pubs and attractions.

Our chalet-inspired studio barn, with vaulted ceilings and oak beams, is light and airy in the summer and beautifully warm and cosy in the winter, with underfloor heating throughout. It is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With a sumptuous superking bed (or two twins), sofa bed, unlimited fast WiFi and HDTV, you are assured of a relaxing and welcoming stay in a family-friendly setting in the East Sussex countryside.

Perfectly presented picture postcard cottage, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, the inspiration for the Winnie-The-Pooh books and 3 minutes drive to the historic village of Hartfield for the village store, Pooh Corner tea rooms, pubs and farm shop. This is a great location to explore the Kent & Sussex countryside. The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive and only 45 minutes to the South Coast. We are family friendly.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
