Stable Lodge ~ Duddo

Stable Lodge is a beautiful stone conversion from a victorian stable to a holiday lodge, open plan to the eaves, which sits alongside the owners home in The Gables. 2 acres of grounds to wander around, or sit on garden furniture, surrounded by lovely walks and undulating countryside. Spectacular open view from the garden of The Cheviot Hills. Quiet, peaceful, tranquil with a wood burner to keep you cosy during cooler evenings or fresh autumnal/winter days. Near the neolithic Duddo Stones.

Northumberland Country Cottage, Berwick

The cottage is set in the grounds of the main house with it’s own drive and parking, garden and small patio. Ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling and sightseeing and the tranquility of the countryside. Explore the many beautiful beaches and castles in Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. The train station in Berwick has regular trains to Edinburgh (approx 45 mins) and Newcastle (approx 50 mins). A car is essential for getting about as we are 4 miles from Berwick (the nearest town).

2-Bedroom Luxury Log Tomatin Cabin with Hot Tub

A two-bed luxury self-catering lodge with a private hot tub. Perfect for short stays or week-long getaways for couples, groups or families. The lodge has a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, flatscreen TV and a DVD player. Both bedrooms have double beds and ensuites. Surrounded by a spacious garden and located in the Scottish Borders, only a short distance from Berwick-Upon-Tweed, expanding beaches and the rolling hills of the Borders. Dog friendly.

Linnet Cottage is a pet friendly cottage situated on a small organic arable farm 10 minutes from Berwick-upon-Tweed. Linnet has great views out to open countryside. The garden is safe for pets and fully fenced. The cottage is a 15 minute drive to Cheswick Sands, one of the most stunning beaches in Northumberland. The cottage is the perfect base for exploring Alnwick, venturing to the Edinburgh Festival or visiting Holy Island. Our local pub is a 10 minute drive in Norham.

Sitting completely on its own at the edge of the moors, The View is a modern, off-grid cabin that offers total tranquillity. Nestled away in the hills, gazing out over the Cheviots, this a truly unique space. Head out hill walking by day, then return to relax by the roaring fire. When night falls, soak in the silence and gaze up at the stars.

Coble Cottage. By the sea, family and dog friendly

A short stroll from a family friendly sandy beach and promenade, Coble Cottage is the perfect base for a stay in Berwick-upon-tweed. Situated in Spittal, this cosy, stone built cottage is perfectly placed to get easy access to both the town centre with historic Elizabethan walls, bars, restaurants and art galleries (30 min walk or short bus ride) and the beach (only a few minutes walk) or exploring Northumberland, the Cheviots, Holy Island and Scottish Border villages.

The Bothy

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.

42 Marygate has been converted from redundant commercial space into 4 individual apartments. Only a few minutes walk from the railway station, this is an ideal location in the heart of Berwick with fantastic access to local cafes, restaurants and shops. Explore the historic town or travel further afield and easily access Northumberland, Edinburgh and the Borders. This cosy apartment is the ideal spot.

Stunning secret cottage located just steps from Berwick's most vibrant street. Bridge Street is home to 3 pubs, 3 cafés and numerous restaurants. Next to the two-storey smithy (a former artists studio) , you'll find hidden steps opening up to a large garden. The Smithy is an oasis of peace nestled in the centre of the historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Dogs are more than welcome to stay :)
