Colourful 2.5 Bedroom With Large Balcony & Garden.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We created this space so that we can share it with you, to spend time in our homely designed rooms and enjoy the peace around nature in the large natural garden. There are 5 separate beds ( 1 double and 3 single) + a large sleeping Sofa in 2.5 seperate rooms. One room is 2 in one with a walk-through. We have a FULL KITCHEN with dining, microwave, fridge, dish washer &dishes etc. There is a grilling space outside if the weather is good.

Dreibettzimmer), Dusche und getr. WC, kleines Sat-TV Gerät, Telefon & WLan. Selbstverständlich bedienen Sie sich vom reichhaltigen Frühstück vom Weinviertler Genießerbuffet. Der Althof VinoSPA ist gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis nutzbar.

Zentral gelegen und mitten im Grünen. Garten mit Schwimmbad und Trampolin sowie der Saunabereich können nach Absprache benutzt werden. Die herzliche Gastgeberin Lisi bewohnt den ersten Stock und teilt sich einen Aufgang mit der zur Vermietung stehenden Wohneinheit. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll mit Möbeln aus Naturholz ausgestattet. Unter Absprache besteht die Möglichkeit einer Garagenparkplatznutzung im Hof.

You will be accommodated in the dormitory at the Grand Ferdinand and enjoy the amenities of the house. The access to the Grand Etage with rooftop pool is included, for a breathtaking view over Vienna. The city tax (3.2%) needs to be paid on-site.
