Beach House with Fabulous Views

Our wonderful beach house at the West End of the island of Holden Beach is available off-season with a 3 night minimum, and on a weekly basis from Memorial Day through Labor day. We can sleep up to 7 with 4 bedrooms, and our home has unbeatable views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marsh and the Ocean. This end of the island is only 2 homes deep, and beach access is just across the street. There is a gate with a code to this end of the island, and vehicular traffic is very low as a result.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

The large fenced backyard is very private, has outdoor seating, and is perfect for kids and pets! Plenty of beds to bring friends or for multiple families, HUGE outdoor shower, and a fire pit. We keep the wood stocked for you! We have bikes, beach chairs, lawn games, and kayaks to use during your stay. Even enough space to park your boat for joy riding or fishing!!

Renovated and Immaculate comfortable beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood yet just 1.8 miles from the Holden Beach bridge. Shopping and dining are 15 minutes away in Shallotte. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are both within an hours drive. If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.

We have a wide porch overlooking the pool, and a large pool deck to enjoy the back yard. Take it easy at this unique tranquil cottage 4 minutes from Holden Beach. The Tin Roof Cottage is quite cozy as you will enjoy your rainy afternoon naps under a tin roof or enjoy local shopping. This home features a queen bed, a full bed, and a porch swing with outdoor ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans, utensils, and a few selected spices for cooking.
