Family Foreshore Beach House. Tucked at the end of a quiet culdesac this relaxed foreshore hideaway is made for barefoot holidays. Wander to rock pools, play on the lawn, watch wallabies graze and kookaburras laugh in the trees or gather on the deck as the BBQ sizzles and waves roll in. Two living areas give families space to spread out while cosy bedrooms invite slow mornings with sea views. A fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays and entertaining a breeze your island home away from home

Lakehouse Estate is on 3 acres with private lake.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Hampton beach house Cowes

Come and stay in our new Hampton Style Beach house in Philip Island, Cowes. It has 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, and well-behaved pets are welcome. We have recently installed a new kitchen, new euro laundry, and 2 new bathrooms, and transformed the rear deck into an alfresco/dining for 8. The front veranda includes separate meals and seating areas which are a standout feature of this charming property. The block is fully fenced and includes a double garage/games room.

Just a short walk to Silverleaves beach and lovely Silverleaves Café! One of the best locations on the Island, nestled in a quiet and sheltered court. The house has two lounge areas and is very well equipped with everything you’ll need to relax, entertain and enjoy! Inside decor has holiday and beach feel galore, while the fireplace will keep you cosy and comfortable in winter. The house has free unlimited internet, a great covered deck with BBQ and a large fully fenced backyard.

Retro Beach house across the road and over the sand dunes to the beach. Recently updated with new furniture, aircon and heating throughout. A roaring open fire place for you to enjoy during winter and electric blankets on every bed except top bunks! A great place to stay for graduating HMAS families. Maximum of 8 adults please (and up to 4 children) Please note, a bond of $500 will be collected prior to check-in. Your bond will be returned subject to adhering to house rules.

Mornington Peninsula Getaway-Somers Beach House

Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

Cowes Pet Friendly Family Home

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, leave your car behind as it’s a short walking distance to the beach, the main street and activities around Cowes. The house sleeps up to 9 people and has a port-a-cot if required. We have free wifi, a large TV, a variety of boards games and toys to enjoy. The backyard is fully fenced and has a large sandpit for children to play in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. The house suits families, couples or a group of friends.

The Shore Shack - family friendly getaway

The Shore Shack is best suited for couples or small families to sit back, relax & enjoy. Situated on a flat block, the large grassed backyard was created for children to explore with an enclosed trampoline, cubby house and boat. For the family, a large undercover area, family sized Weber BBQ, outdoor seating & fire pit. Located a stones throw from the RSL, a short walk to the main shopping precinct and close to the Cowes main beach.
