We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. Enjoy a cosy getaway in this charming, boutique shepherd's hut in the garden of a historic thatched cottage. Conveniently located for exploring Cambridge and surrounding areas, with free parking onsite, a frequent bus or an easy cycle to the city centre, and several excellent cafés, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Bicycles are available to use free of charge. Every stay with us helps to fund the much-needed restoration of our Grade-II listed cottage. Thank you!

The Hideaway is a clean, comfortable and cosy annexe, with private entrance. It includes a fridge, microwave and toaster, as well as tea and coffee making facilities for your convenience. The property is excellently placed for easy access to the A14, and is only 150m from the guided busway to Cambridge city centre. The Hideaway is located only 300m from the local leisure centre which boasts a 25m swimming pool, large gymnasium and various indoor and outdoor sports courts.

The Burrow

A tiny but perfectly formed ground floor and self contained annexe. Newly renovated, the design has taken inspiration from a shepherd’s hut to make the most of this tiny space. It has its own entrance to the side of the house using a keysafe so you may come and go as you please. There is parking for one car on the driveway directly in front of the accommodation. Welcome Tray provided. We are unable to accept children and pets.

This is a great place to visit Cambridge , just a few miles away, in a quiet spot , with sole use, off road parking, in a village with many amenities nearby. However ,it is essential you contact us first if you are wanting to bring more than 2 people , or stay longer than 3 months, as we can offer some flexibility on this, but only by consultation, instant booking only applies to one or 2 guests for up to 90 days.Thanks

The Garden House in Impington, Cambridge

The Garden House is a quite new, single level, contemporary-style house. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen/living room. Bi-fold doors open onto the patio area and garden. The house sits in its own private garden and has parking for 2 cars. There is also an outbuilding (with tumble dryer and ironing facilities). The house is a calm oasis but only a few minutes from Cambridge and the Science Park.

Pear Tree Cottage, Little Farm in quaint village

This cosy self-contained private barn is found in a pretty historic village, nestling in a hollow away from busy roads and bustling towns. A country retreat in a conservation area with a friendly English pub/ restaurant just a short walk away. You will find a welcome pack of tea, coffee milk, ,butter and snacks on arrival and the smell of your fresh bread as it finishes baking.. Nearby car charging point.
