Nestled in nature and accompanied by the soothing sounds of birdsong, our place provides a relaxing escape from the noise and dust of the city. We’re ideally located for beach lovers, with Marac Beach just 600 meters away and Potami Beach only 650 meters from us. The charming Spile town square is also within easy reach, just 1,000 meters from our doorstep.

Santa Room is located in the middle of Old Bazaar,the most important place to visit in Gjirokastra.Old Bazaar is one of the most attractive places located in the center of the city.Our room is in the middle of Old Bazaar,so its easy for the guests to reach the most attractive places of the citty,for excample The Castle of Argjiro,the museum house of Albanian Dictator Enver Hoxha.Our room is very closed to traditional restaurant and bars.Also there are a lot of souvenir shops near our property

This cozy apartment is located on the second floor of our villa. It features one room with a double and a single bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony with a small counter for light cooking. There is a fridge, TV, filter coffee machine and handheld milk frother , air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, and a shared washing machine (located at the entrance, shared with next-door guests).
