Abundant local wildlife includes red deer, buzzards, golden and sea eagles, otters, seals and dolphins.

The nearest shop, restaurant and bus service is 2 miles away in Strathpeffer.

Coachman's Bothy - 50m from the beach

Situated on the beautiful Airds Estate in Port Appin and 5 minutes walk from Port Appin's excellent restaurants. This is a self contained loft (there are stairs) in a 300 year old farm building. It is 50m from the beach with direct access to the beach. There is no public road between you and the shoreline - it's very private! The views are spectacular and the kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect for hiking or skiing the mountains, kayaking to the seal colony or cycling and walking.

The Highland Light Studio

Our newly refurbished studio is in a rural part of Inverness. The studio is a great base to travel around the Highlands, with plenty of interesting places to visit, it is just a few minutes drive from Culloden Battlefield, Cawdor castle and a short distance from numerous beautiful golf courses, 3 of which are championship courses. It's suitable for couples, friends or solo adventurers. The studio comprises: lounge, bedroom, small fitted kitchen and a modern shower room. TV, Wi-fi.

The Den, Sengera

Finished to a very high standard, this lovely 1 bedroom property is located in Daviot, just south of Inverness. The Den has its own entrance, a cosy kitchen/lounge area and bright & airy bedroom with ensuite shower room. Guests will also have access to our hot tub to enjoy the Highland stars at night at an extra charge. Although in a rural location it is ideally placed for access to Loch Ness, the Cairngorms and further North, and is only a 10 minute drive to Inverness centre.

Private loft space in detached house. Host lives on ground floor, shared entrance. Situated in the small community of Keose in the North Lochs area of Lewis. Stornoway is a short 20 minute drive, and Harris about 30 minutes. Surrounded by nature with trees, chickens, dogs and horses, all close by. The island is served by two ferry routes. Booking ahead of time is essential, especially during peak season.

Its made up of a cosy bedroom with shower room and small kitchen plus with a beautiful patio that overlooks the Loch Greshornish with some amazing food served at Edinbane Inn.
