Our cottage guests enjoy sitting on the porch overlooking the beautiful pond, taking a leisurely 1/2 mile walk around our pond or sit on the dock fishing, or just listening to the fountain sounds like a waterfall. A mountainous area dominated by Lookout Mtn., with elevations of 2000 feet. There are over 7,000 caves within an hours drive, including Howard’s Waterfall Cave directly below. Hiking trails with waterfalls abound. Our place is more than just a place to spend the night, it is a destination.

Welcome! Birdie Blue Yurt is Located in the mountains of North Georgia & perfectly nestled in the valley of Lookout Mountain, on a Hang Gliding & Paragliding Flight Park. Watch gliders fly above from the deck & still have Chattanooga attractions only a short 20 minutes away! Fire pit access for starry nights, creek access for exploration. Cleaned by professional cleaning company. Beautiful mountain view. We have 3 yurts on the property to potentially accommodate a group.

Near Cloudland Canyon State Park (1.5m), Hanggliding (8m), Chattanooga (28m), Canyon Grill restaurant (.6m), and many wedding venues. Queen bed in main level bedroom, full bed in open loft and twin pull-out in the living room. Private screened back porch, slackline, WiFi, TV, Gas grill, carport. Max 2 dogs are ok. No dishwasher, ice-maker or fire pit. NO SMOKING or tow-behinds.

Welcome to The Belvedere Box at On The Rocks, a unique repurposed cargo container getaway atop Lookout Mountain, Georgia. The Belvedere, meaning beautiful view, is situated in the western brow and features amazing sunset views. The Belvedere Box is a true place to relax and meditate, therefore there is no access to television. There are 2 shared fire pits located at each end of the property. Firewood is provided along with ingredients to make s'mores.
