The apartment is located in a quiet part of Bjelasnica, in a newly built sports and recreation center. Ideal for rest and recreation,with a view of the forest through which the path leads to Igman. Near the building there are ski slopes that provide enough activities for all ages,as the center of Bjelašnica's social life. The apartment is ideal for a family with children,a couple or a group of max. 4 people. The building is located in an area that is still under construction (until summer 2024).

The newly built and fully equipped apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building nearest to the ski area and boasts direct access to the ski slopes and the 6-seater chairlift. The apartment is perfect for skiers due to its ski in/ski out position, and in the summer it provides direct access to hiking and bike trails. The apartment is suitable for 4-5 persons (2+3) and consists of a living room with kitchen, bedroom, hall and bathroom, a ski storage and garage accessible by elevator.
