Relax riverside at the private park where you can fish and swim. Park is five minute walk (2 blocks) from the home. Free for guest use are kayaks and paddle boards. They can be transported with the golf cart which has a hitch and kayak trailer. If your vehicle has a hitch you may to use it for other area destinations.

Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad

FL is in a drought, water levels are 8ft + lower than normal. You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking on our direct waterway. Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water on a private dock.
