The 1,200 sf. space is PET FRIENDLY and has a back deck, front patio, full bath, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen& king bed, 1 reserved parking space, & kitchenette(no stove). 11.5% tax added at booking.

There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster oven for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, hand soap provided In season (late June &July & August) we rent Sat to Sat. as much as possible.
