Our quiet studio has everything you need for your Eugene visit. The unit comes with AC, washer/dryer, and a gorgeous outside patio. There is 1 off-street parking spot available. Our home is within walking distance (about 0.6 miles) to Hayward field and the 19th Ave neighborhood commercial area. You are close to a plethora of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, as well as the best ice cream & dessert places in town.
