This quiet and bright one bedroom flat is located in West Harbour and is downstairs from our main house and has sneaky views of the nearby estuary. It has one bedroom with queen size double bed, full kitchen, lounge, laundry and a private deck. Our preferred check-in times are between 2pm-8pm. Alternative arrangements may be made prior to date of arrival. For stays longer than a week, bedding and towels will be changed and the flat cleaned. This property is strictly non smoking/vaping.

We are close to a regular bus route while Titirangi Village is walking distance for a choice of cafes, a supermarket, bottle store - even a world class Art Gallery "Te Uru" ( The West).

We are located perfectly for access to Auckland’s West Coast beaches and the Waitakere Regional Park with its spectacular hills and forests and delightful Titirangi Village. Central Auckland is only 25 mins drive away. The Punga studio is small, but with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Laundry & washing machine off the kitchen. 2 bedrooms with lots of sun and a newly renovated bathroom with large shower. tv with Freeview and Netflix ect Massey is close to the new northwest mall, Kumeu for wineries and the west coast beaches, along with being a short 15 minute drive to both the north shore and the city centre.
