In the annex a small double bed W: 140 Lovely bright kitchen-dining room with wood-burning stove. 700 meters to private stairs to beach. 400 meters to a fantastic view of the sea. 300 meters to the local supermarket

Nyrenoveret sommerhus tæt på skov og strand

Charmerende sommerhus med fantastisk stemning inde og ude. Skønt og meget fredeligt beliggende, som det sidste hus for enden af lille grusvej i den gamle del af Rågeleje. Fra sommerhuset er der 200 meter til skoven og 800 meter til stranden. Grunden er total uforstyrret med en smuk ældre beplantning. Huset er totalrenoveret i år og fremstår meget indbydende med loft til kip og udgang til stor syd-vestvendt træterrasse. Huset rummer tillige 3 gode soveværelser og fuldstændig nyt badeværelse.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Sofa kan endvidere omdannes til 2 sovepladser, såfremt behovet er 6 overnattende. Fra to skønne træterrasser og den store grund kan solen nydes fra tidlig morgen til sen aften.

Velkommen til vores charmerende sommerhus i Gilleleje. Der er tre soveværelser, bryggers og et stort køkken alrum med et helt nyt køkken. Udenfor finder du en vidunderlig sydvendt have med shelter og bålplads – ideel til at nyde solen og hyggelige aftener under stjernerne. Du kan gå til en privat strandgrund med et stort græsområde med borde og bænke og en dejlig badestrand med badebro. Her kan du også se de mest fantastiske solnedgange i løbet af sommeren.

Landlig idyl på 152 m2 i to etager. I stueetagen er der en god entre og badeværelse, et nyt køkken og det mest fantastiske opholdsrum på knapt 50 m2 med en stor masseovn, staldvinduer hele vejen rundt og åben konstruktion til kip med store flotte bjælker. 1. sal: et godt soveværelse, lille toilet med håndvask og et stort rum på ca. 34 m2 og dør til altan, hvor man har udsigt til marker og skoven. Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
