Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Here you will find bespoke shopping, restaurants along with the historic Priory.

Modernist Studio in the Scottish Highlands

This distinctive building, renovated both inside and out, started life as a primary school in 1966 and its modernist design is unique for the area. You will be surrounded by art, vintage furniture, natural textiles and amazing views during your stay. The studio is self contained and well equipped with a small but functional kitchen with high quality kitchen and tableware. The Japanese inspired bathroom has been designed to spend time and relax in with a large rain shower and deep bath.

The Factor's Office is a luxury boutique room, with separate entrance, garden space and ensuite, situated as part of the historic Nutwood House. Formally part of the Earl of Cromartie estate with magnificent views of the valley and less than 5 minutes walk to Strathpeffer village and amenities. Relax in the hot tub with panoramic views (wildlife spotting included!), picnic under our 100 year-old oak tree, or enjoy the quirky honesty-bar kitchen. Close to Manchester, Leeds, Halifax, and charming Yorkshire villages, perfect for a peaceful escape with a touch of magic (hot tub £30 per night)

Lovely Guest Suite in Central Edinburgh

Beautifully furnished one-bedroom guest suite in a central, but quiet, location and within walking distance of most tourist attractions - also a good bus service is nearby. The guest suite is a real home from home - comfortable for up to three people. It is part of my home but is a private space. As I live in the same building, I am available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!
