And get ready for truly spectacular sunrises. If you're lucky you might even spot a humpback whale/ dolphins. A swimming beach is a short walk away, and you can drive to the town centre in 5 minutes. There is a small bedroom with a double bed/ensuite and a loft with an Ecosa sofa bed. There's no tv.

This farm runs sheep & cattle, therefore shearing, lambing, weaning, drenching, draughting, training sheep dogs & horses, are operating throughout the year. Black Mountain is situated in the foot hills of the Kaikoura Seaward Ranges and 6km North of the Kaikoura township. The home is designed for short and long term stays, is very private and enjoys a rural aspect. Bedroom, living, dining, bath and deck all enjoy mountain and garden views and it is possible to see the ocean from the surrounds. On arrival you will find freshly some freshly prepared provisions - probably enough for a little breakfast for two on me for your first morning!

Nestled alongside the Conway River, just off SH1 is where you'll find Conway River View Cottage. Surrounded by hills covered in bush, pine and native fruit trees. The nearest shop is a 20min drive (Cheviot) If there's anything you need, don't hesitate to ask. My aim is to make this a most enjoyable and relaxing break for you :)

On a farm but just a few mins off SH1 and from the beach. Simple yet cosy & comfortable and loved by our family. Ideal for time out, wedding accommodation or a stop over. Handy to local wedding venue 4km away. Just $100 for 1 person (except peak season), thereafter each person is $45 pp and children $40 (we adjust once booked). Prices intentionally kept low so anyone can come here. No wifi inside this building, however, there is from close nearby.
