If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

The Piggery is a one bedroom, self contained cottage. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty in rural East Devon, the coastline and stunning beaches are only 15 minutes away. A well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar for dining. An open plan living area with wall mounted smart television. One spacious bedroom with wall mounted television and a contemporary walk in shower, we provide towels/dressing gowns for your convenience. There is a secure fenced decking area for alfresco dining.

Emma and Phillip welcome you to one of our two luxury glamping pods complete with outdoor bath near the quaint village of Branscombe. Located on our working farm, you will be secluded in the comfort of the pod, looking out at views of the East Devon countryside. A wood burner is perfect for a cosy winter’s night, or to enjoy those summer evenings there is a large decking. We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Kindly note this is a NO SMOKING property (including conservatory). Relax with the family at this home in the heart of a beautiful woodland village West Hill near Ottery St Mary. Peaceful relaxation in a cosy stylish clean modern cottage. Parking is in the front and on the road just around the corner of the cottage. Pls note no smoking in the property, if guests smoke inside the house or conservatory there will be a charge of £200. Ty! Tea, coffee, provided.
