The Bank House is one Ditchling’s oldest & most iconic buildings. Built in 1573 and situated in the heart of the village it has a wealth of period features combined with comfort, luxury and space. A converted, fully self contained studio flat for 2 people with space for 2 kids. The studio is set back from the main house on the grounds with a private entrance, and covered decking areas with a view into the woods. Parking space for 2 cars. Private driveway. 12 minute walk to Hassocks station with easy access to London/ Brighton. Downs' walkers/ cyclists, business trips, families who need a bit of space from visitors all welcome. If we are able, we can collect/ drop you at station.

Detached South Downs Annexe

Located at the foot of the South Downs, the contemporary annexe sits adjacent to our Grade II listed cottage. Whilst completely independent of our house (separate access and a small private patio) the French doors do look across the garden to our cottage. Superbly situated for walkers, cyclists and exploring the highlights of the area - beautiful villages, wineries, historic houses & gardens, or simply for a break. Easily accessible for Brighton, the south coast and trips to London.

@Home Station

our lovely cosy flat is located in Hassocks right above the Heeler centre clinic and just a few steps away from the train station, making it ideal for people who will be commuting or travelling by train. Hassocks is only 10 minutes away from Brighton City that offer you lively beach, unique independent shops down at the lanes, and a great time. from our flat walk across the road to our local pubs and sainsbury just 3mins away! Hassocks are filled with lovely shops and cafes.

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

A charming cottage in the village of Keymer, with off road parking for 3 cars and a large dual aspect bedroom with period features and character throughout the entire house. A modern ground floor offers a full kitchen and dining area with a garden and patio to the rear. A peaceful location within easy walking to the stunning South Downs, perfect location for bike riding ! The lovely villages of Keymer and Ditchling are nearby with excellent pubs and cosy restaurants.

Green Park Farm Barn

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.
