Less than 20 min. to downtown Anderson Pendleton or Clemson. This prime location on lake Hartwell is a 10 minute boat ride to Portman Shoals Marina, the Galley restaurant, & Green Pond Landing.

We have recently added a new hot tub for your enjoyment!
