At first it seems like the middle of know where but you soon realize it is the middle of the most relaxing place you have ever been. There are so many things to see from Sun stone's to Petroglyphs to the Shirk Ranch, Sitting on the Deck at night watching the Stars. Plush is one of the Darkest places in the west, very little light pollution here. The list is endless.

Cowboy Cabin-1 Bedroom with Porch & BBQ

Enjoy star gazing, high desert views in this small hand hewn cabin, a unique overnight stay. We are located in REMOTE Southeastern Oregon, the cabin is on the premises of Steens Mountain Guest Ranch. A Wi-Fi repeater is available in the cabin (if the weather is stormy the Wi-Fi can be spotty). Phone service and shopping areas getting here are few & far between. This is rural living. Enjoy the quietness of the country and a beautiful sage brush view. Friendly reminder: no pets in cabin.

High Desert Hideaway

Pets allowed inside if potty trained. Just a 5.3 miles from town. It is on the south side of Highway 20 east of Burns, you must go past Red Barn Road. There is red reflectors to help find the driveway at night. It’s a on a pivot that with permission and caution about buildings, pivot, equipment and the highway you may shoot ground squirrels and jack rabbits! There is a corral for horses and a kennel for dogs. It is centrally located for horse activities like cuttings, brandings.

Wee House Plush

The Wee House is a fully equipped vacation rental located on a working cattle ranch right at the foot of Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge. The property offers panoramic views of Oregon's high desert and convenient access to nearby hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation areas. The Hanley House

The Hanley House is a home we worked hard to make comfortable and feel like coming home. With its bright natural light and neutral tones you’ll feel right at home upon arrival. With everything new you won’t need to worry about low water pressure or squeaky floors. With all new beds and high quality linens, you’re sure to have a great night sleep. Netflix and Disney+ are available on demand and good WiFi will keep you connected. We made this old “mill house” feel like new again!

The Cawlfield House (Circa 1929)

The historic Cawlfield House was built by my grandfather in 1929. It has been beautifully restored with modern amenities and comforts. It has an updated Kitchen, Living, Dining, Bath, Office & two Bedrooms (1 plush queen bed down, 1 plush queen bed up & 1 trundle bed). Many of the furnishings came from Joanna Gaines collections. We've sincerely strived to consider your needs, including A/C. We'd love to host you! We are confident you'll enjoy the homes comforts and history!

The Sandhill Suite is a newly remodeled home conveniently located five miles east of Burns just off highway 20. This cozy two bedroom home was remodeled in early 2023 and has lots of amenities to offer. Its a great option for extended stays or a quick weekend getaway and sleeps up to four people. Pets are welcome and will be safely contained in the fully fenced yard. Come enjoy Harney County beauty and experience the Sandhill Suite!

Welcome to our hidden treasure, it’s time to relax. Our guest apartment is very quiet, low activity & conveniently located. Inset from rd. makes for a very private stay. Close to hospital, library, dog/walking track & groceries. TV, Roku, games, fast WIFI, Nintendo (old school). Stocked kitchen w/ coffee supplies & fenced back yard. Behind main house & completely independent, including your covered carport parking and entrance.

Baby Bear’s Playhouse

Baby Bear's Playhouse is conveniently located across the street from the grocery store, 3 blocks from downtown restaurants & shopping, and an easy 2-minute drive to the hospital. This tiny house/studio offers a large yard for your pet and kiddos to play, plenty of off-street parking and a shared picnic area complete with BBQ and firepit. Rural Ranch setting, Gorgeous views of Sunrises and Sunsets, large variety of birds and other wildlife. Come relax and unplug in rural Eastern Oregon. Located near Steen's Mountain Wilderness area and Malhuer Wildlife Refuge. Pets are welcome, but please try to keep them off of the furniture.
