The villa, located in Halkidiki, offers a unique view on the gulf of Posidi and Olympos Mountain. The residence of 250 m2 has a capacity to accommodate 7 people: the living room, the kitchen, 3 rooms (2 rooms with a double bed, one room with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with toilets and an independent toilet are situated at the first floor. A master room with its bathroom and the office are situated at the second floor. The house is ideal for 2 couples with 2 kids each or 6 adults with 2 kids.

Also possible to walk/cycle in the mountains and by the sea.

It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. This cute house is located next to the sea, in the center of Chanioti. The residential complex to which it belongs faces the central square of the village and has direct access on foot to the sea and to all shops, such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc. Although it is located in such a central spot, it is quiet because the complex has an internal garden with a view of the sea, where the bedroom of the accommodation faces. There is also a shared shower in the garden
