Our guest house is in a quiet woodsy neighborhood 1 mile from Smith College. We are 2 miles from downtown Northampton. There is one queen bed downstairs, another queen upstairs in bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3. There is a washer/dryer, fireplace, and back deck with gardens and woodlands. We have a new patio and hot tub right off the deck in a private area. There is a short river walk at the end of the block and a nearby trail meanders along the river.

You'll have the Guest Suite at The Historic Hill-Ross Homestead with private entrance all to yourself. Guest Suite is the renovated carriage house ell off the main farmhouse which houses 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 bathroom including your own private patio. One bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a full bed and a single bunk bed. Hill Ross Homestead is a short, 5 minute walk into downtown Florence.

Northampton - 3rd-Floor - .5 mi to Smith/Downtown

Sun-filled downtown retreat! Our quiet 3rd-floor apartment offers a comfortable bedroom & a dedicated workspace that transforms into a guest room with a fold out twin bed. Perfect for exploring the city or a visit to Smith College. Ideal for guests seeking a charming & convenient home base. The apartment is on the third floor of the building. Due to the historic nature of the building, these stairs are steep and not level.
