IMPORTANT: our amazing housekeeper is available Monday and Friday only. So, we can offer Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon, Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri stays. Little Spruce is a fully renovated cottage providing plenty of room for everyone. For the outdoor lover we are located perfectly for quick access to the wilderness for hiking or hunting. For the snow lover access to Village snowmobile trail is across the street and for the skier we are within 1 mile from OAK MOUNTAIN SKI AREA. Lake Pleasant and all the Village has to offer is a short stroll from the door. Open the door, drop your bags & enjoy the Adirondacks! Check in at 4pm check out 10am.

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

Restaurants, pubs and a local grocery store minutes away. The cabin is perfect for 2. A third person will add a 25.00 per night fee. Due to allergy reasons we can accept no pets.

Cabin 3 is a beautiful 1-bedroom rustic cabin in the woods in Upstate New York. The Cabin is situated right next to the water with a beautiful view of Lake Abanakee. Cabin 3 is located on 37 acres of land with half-a-mile of waterfront views. In the winter months, this location is a great landing place for day trips to Gore mountain or day hiking the 46 high peaks in the Adirondack mountains. A rustic gem for individual travelers, friends, or a couple.

Sweet just built cabin with lovely mountain views offers great privacy. Elsewhere on our family compound, we offer an optional all-natural Japanese hot tub experience as well as a cedar Sauna experience. Walking trails throughout. Lovely architectural details, beautiful furnishings and wonderful location. In summer, we offer wood fired pizza (most but not all nights). Close to Gore and Garnet Hill for skiing.

The Boathouse on Fourth Lake

This historic boathouse is a rare find, situated directly in the waters of the popular Fourth Lake in Old Forge. Complete unobstructed lake views from all three sides of the home provide breathtaking sights during all four seasons.
